Commencing her professional journey in a Paralegal role, Erica relocated to Australia from England over 2 years ago and embarked on a career in Recruitment. Initially specialising in Nursing, Erica expanded her skills over the last 3+ years, recruiting in Business Support, before finding her calling in Legal Recruitment.

Being an experienced Consultant, Erica leverages her comprehensive Legal knowledge and Recruitment experience to identify and place top-tier talent and hold long lasting relationships with clients. Erica’s hands on Paralegal training provides first-hand understanding of support roles and how they add value to firms, enabling her to effectively match candidates with the specific needs of our clients.
