Your day-to-day will include:- Ensuring the office is tidy and client-ready each morning
- Managing incoming calls with professionalism and care – handling hold times and call transfers with empathy and clarity
- Taking detailed messages, passing them on accurately to the relevant team member
- Assisting with the preparation and sending of daily contract correspondence
- Managing filing and administrative upkeep with attention to detail
