Are you an experienced Legal Assistant with a background in real estate or property law looking to join a high-performing and supportive practice group? This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-regarded property team working on a broad range of complex and high-value matters.

Who will you be supporting? You will provide dedicated support to multiple fee earners, including senior lawyers and partners, within a leading real estate and property practice group. The team is known for its strong culture, quality of work, and collaborative approach.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Managing end-to-end files across a busy property practice
• Drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Conducting property searches and supporting due diligence processes
• Diary management, scheduling and workflow coordination
• Direct liaison with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
• Monthly billing and time entry support
• General administrative and legal support as required
Do you have the following skillset?
• 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant within property or real estate law
• Strong understanding of conveyancing and/or commercial property matters
• Confident using document management systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
