The role:
MJD is thrilled to partner with a well-established Sydney CBD firm that is looking for a polished and proactive Property Legal Assistant to join their supportive, high-performing team. Offering a salary up to $110,000 package plus performance bonuses, this role gives you flexibility, variety and the chance to work closely with high-profile clients on a broad mix of property matters.

The Property team is friendly yet professional, working on a variety of high-value commercial, residential and infrastructure projects with an impressive client base.

About the role
You’ll become an essential part of the Property team, assisting across transactions and projects of varying complexity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being a trusted go-to and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:
• Managing diaries, inboxes and digital files
• Drafting, formatting and preparing a range of documents and correspondence
• Running PEXA matters and coordinating DocuSign requirements
• Completing searches through InfoTrack and LRS and processing related invoices
• Preparing settlement figures and assisting with transaction timelines
• Updating CRM data, monthly billing and client reporting
• Supporting tender preparation and broader BD activities
• Handling client enquiries and assisting the Licensed Conveyancer as required

What we’re looking for:
• 2–3 years’ experience in a NSW property law team
• Strong skills in PEXA, DocuSign and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Calm, positive and adaptable approach
• Someone personable who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
