About the role
You’ll become an essential part of the Property team, assisting across transactions and projects of varying complexity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being a trusted go-to and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing diaries, inboxes and digital files
• Drafting, formatting and preparing a range of documents and correspondence
• Running PEXA matters and coordinating DocuSign requirements
• Completing searches through InfoTrack and LRS and processing related invoices
• Preparing settlement figures and assisting with transaction timelines
• Updating CRM data, monthly billing and client reporting
• Supporting tender preparation and broader BD activities
• Handling client enquiries and assisting the Licensed Conveyancer as required
What we’re looking for:
• 2–3 years’ experience in a NSW property law team
• Strong skills in PEXA, DocuSign and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Calm, positive and adaptable approach
• Someone personable who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
