This position sits at the intersection of legal expertise, learning, and innovation, supporting how knowledge is developed, shared and brought to market across the firm.
Working closely with a senior leader responsible for markets and knowledge, along with a high-performing national team, you will play a key role in shaping precedents, delivering legal insights, supporting lawyers, and contributing to thought leadership and client-facing content.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel who enjoys the technical side of law and is looking to move beyond a purely fee-earning role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the firm’s knowledge and precedents strategy, including use of emerging AI tools
- Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical insights
- Support and mentor lawyers across the firm
- Contribute to training, capability development and internal learning initiatives
- Assist in producing high-quality client-facing content and thought leadership
- Work on innovation and knowledge-related projects across the business
- 6+ years’ PQE in employment, workplace relations or safety law
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Interest in knowledge, training, mentoring or legal innovation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, organised and naturally curious
