An exciting opportunity to support the founder of a growing multi-business group spanning commercial services, national distribution, and emerging ventures. This is a high-impact EA & Office Operations role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys being the central coordination point.

The Role
This hybrid position combines executive support with hands-on operational coordination across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full EA support including diary management, emails, meetings, and travel
  • Central administration across the businesses
  • Document, contract, and shipping paperwork management
  • Supplier, distributor, and subcontractor coordination
  • Xero support: POs, invoices, order uploads
  • Supporting marketing activity and external agencies
  • Improving systems, workflows, and communication
  • Acting as the go-to person to keep operations running smoothly
About You:
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven
  • Emotionally intelligent and professional
  • Comfortable supporting a hands-on founder
  • Confident managing multiple, fast-moving priorities
  • Strong systems mindset; Xero experience preferred
  • Trustworthy and collaborative
