MJD Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious Private Equity Firm renowned for its high-calibre team and commitment to excellence. We’re seeking a confident, organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide first-class support to a group of Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into a polished corporate environment - ideal for an EA or Team Assistant who thrives on structure, professionalism, and being the go-to person for a busy leadership team.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to several Directors and their teams. You’ll coordinate busy diaries, manage travel and expenses, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll also play a key role in supporting team initiatives and helping maintain a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary and inbox management for multiple Directors
  • Coordination of travel, meetings, and expenses
  • Preparation of presentation materials and reports
  • Liaising professionally with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
  • Supporting team initiatives including events and offsites
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Contributing to admin projects and engagement activities
About You
You’ll be a polished, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality support. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a mature, calm, and solutions-focused approach to everything you do.

You will bring:
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A confident, personable and professional manner
  • Previous experience in administration or team support (corporate or professional services preferred)
