They're now seeking a switched-on Legal Assistant to support their respected Construction group.

The Role
Working alongside experienced practitioners with a focus on excellence, you'll provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Construction team. Day to day, you'll:
- Deliver high-level secretarial and administrative support to authors
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients
- Produce and format standard correspondence and legal documents
- Manage documents accurately using the firm's document management system (iManage)
- Keep electronic and physical filing up to date across all authors
- Open and close matters, and prepare cost agreements for new matters
- Prepare tax invoices, edit time entries and manage authors' expenses
- Liaise professionally with experts, barristers and third parties
- Coordinate travel and accommodation as required
- Maintain contact and marketing data (InterAction)
- 2+ years' experience in an administration/secretarial role (legal experience a plus)
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn new systems
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and work autonomously to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator across all levels of a practice
- Proactive, with sound problem-solving skills
