This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to support a Partner and their team within a busy legal practice. You will enjoy taking ownership of your role, building strong relationships and providing high-level support.

Working closely with a Partner and their team of lawyers, you will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support, including:
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes, appointments and meeting schedules
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Managing monthly billing, expenses and financial administration
- Opening, maintaining and closing client matters
- Organising meetings, conferences and client events
- Managing files, key dates, deadlines and team workflows
- Liaising confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with business development activities and presentations
- Providing broader administrative support to keep the practice running smoothly
You will be an experienced Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Practice Assistant who brings:
- Previous legal support experience within a law firm or professional services
- Strong diary, document and billing management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, polished and professional approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems including LEAP, Elite 3e, Aderant, iManage, NetDocs, etc
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the broader team
