This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will act as a trusted business partner — managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring the smooth running of the executive’s office. You will be empowered to take ownership, coordinate critical initiatives, and represent the leader with discretion and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Full diary and inbox management, including prioritisation of high-volume correspondence
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including stakeholders across multiple functions
- Managing travel, expenses and logistics efficiently
- Supporting leadership projects and key initiatives
- Acting as the executive’s right-hand, stepping in where needed to maintain workflow
You are confident, proactive, and calm under pressure. You thrive in structured yet fast-moving environments and enjoy being the backbone of senior leadership.
Key attributes:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, logistics or corporate environments
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the bigger picture
- Resilient, solutions-focused mindset with high professional presence
- Able to confidently liaise with senior stakeholders
