An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading global organisation within the professional services space on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Supporting three senior Partners, you’ll become a trusted right hand, providing proactive and seamless support across complex diaries, travel, stakeholder management and broader business priorities.

The Role
  • Proactively manage complex and ever-changing diaries across three Partners, balancing meetings, deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodation and associated arrangements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Manage inboxes and incoming requests, using sound judgement to prioritise, action and escalate where appropriate.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports and other documentation as required.
  • Coordinate expenses, reconciliations and general administrative requirements.
  • Ensure Partners are well prepared for meetings, key commitments and upcoming priorities through proactive planning and follow-up.
  • Assist with leadership meetings, events, off-sites and broader team initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader EA and business support team to provide seamless support across the office.
About You
  • Previous EA experience supporting senior executives, ideally within professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong diary and domestic/international travel management experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Confidence engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across different systems and technology.
