The role will include:
- Liaising with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, including advertising roles, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Pipelining suitable talent and maintaining strong candidate networks.
- Using JobAdder to manage recruitment activities and maintain up-to-date candidate and client records.
- Delivering a first-class experience for every client and candidate you engage with.
- JobAdder experience is a MUST
- 1+ years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a similar people-focused role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- A proactive, positive, and caring approach, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders and candidates.
