As a driven and people-focused individual, you’ll be the link between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service every step of the way.

The role will include:
  • Liaising with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, including advertising roles, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Pipelining suitable talent and maintaining strong candidate networks.
  • Using JobAdder to manage recruitment activities and maintain up-to-date candidate and client records.
  • Delivering a first-class experience for every client and candidate you engage with.
What we’re looking for:
  • JobAdder experience is a MUST
  • 1+ years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a similar people-focused role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A proactive, positive, and caring approach, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders and candidates.
This is not a sales or business development role — it’s about relationships, coordination, and ensuring processes run seamlessly.
