Your Role:
Working across the Corporate team, you’ll be a key support to Partners and their teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a busy, high-performing practice. Key responsibilities include:
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents – agreements, security documents, board minutes, corporate resolutions, and transaction documents
  • Matter and file management – conflict checks, opening/closing files, due diligence support, and compliance processes
  • Billing and expenses – timesheet entry, monthly billing, WIP management, and client reporting
  • Diary and travel coordination – managing busy schedules, coordinating meetings, settlements, and national/international travel
  • Stakeholder communication – liaising with clients, banks, internal teams, and external advisors
  • Inbox and correspondence management – monitoring, prioritising, and responding to high-volume communications
  • Transaction support – assisting with deal coordination, closing bundles, and document execution
  • Team support – assisting with general administration, document management, and team operations
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
  • 2 + years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar position in a legal environment
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with systems such as Aderant, Elite 3e, iManage or similar (highly regarded)
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism
