The purpose of Lyndsay’s role at MJD Recruitment is to support Martin, our incredible Managing Director in the capacity of his Executive Assistant, helping him and the leadership team to deliver incredible outcomes for our business. Due to her creative side and marketing knowledge, Lyndsay works closely on our all-important branding and event coordination, ensuring that our values and vibe are represented in the right way at all times.

With experience sourcing talent in the office support market, Lyndsay is also called upon to assist with client and candidate relationship building activities and recruitment assignments. The better she knows our clients and candidates, the better she can support Martin and the leadership team when it comes to making strategic, process, branding or administrative decisions.
