Team Administrator
With over eight years of experience across administrative support, talent coordination and client-facing roles, Amy brings a highly organised and people-focused approach to her role as Team Administrator at MJD Recruitment. Originally from the UK, she began her career in hospitality before transitioning into recruitment, where she progressed from a Junior Office Administrator to a Talent & Staffing Booker.
She later spent over five years at a leading model agency as a Men’s Model Agent, managing high-volume schedules, client relationships and end-to-end coordination in a fast-paced, creative environment. Amy is excited to bring her strong administrative skill set, attention to detail and passion for people to the MJD team.
In her role, she supports consultants with day-to-day recruitment administration, helping to ensure smooth processes and a high standard of candidate and client care. Known for her calm, proactive approach and ability to juggle competing priorities, she is a reliable support to both the team and wider business.
