Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Advising employers on employment and industrial relations matters
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and workplace documentation
- Providing payroll and compliance advice
- Assisting with employment disputes and litigation matters across the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and other tribunals
- Conducting and supporting workplace investigations
- Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality client service
- Current Australian practising certificate
- 2+ years PAE in employment or workplace relations law
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume workloads
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capability
- Experience conducting witness interviews or workplace investigations is highly regarded
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
