Based in a reputable and well-run legal practice, this role will see you as the face and voice of the business, creating a welcoming and organised front-of-house environment while providing essential admin support to a close-knit team of paralegals.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Ensuring the office is tidy and client-ready each morning
- Managing incoming calls with professionalism and care – handling hold times and call transfers with empathy and clarity
- Taking detailed messages, passing them on accurately to the relevant team member
- Assisting with the preparation and sending of daily contract correspondence
- Managing conveyancing filing and administrative upkeep with attention to detail
- Support paralegals with overflow
