  • Coordinate communication between clients, internal stakeholders and external parties (agents, other firms, financiers, authorities) to keep transactions progressing
  • Undertake searches and due diligence, identifying and resolving issues early
  • Support the seamless delivery of commercial property and conveyancing transactions
  • Contribute to process improvements and help shape how the team delivers its services
About You
  • A Senior Paralegal with broad exposure to commercial property matters
  • A solid understanding of property law concepts and processes
  • Well-developed drafting, document management and matter coordination skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work to billable targets, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with a positive, resilient approach in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine willingness to support the wider team
The Benefits
  • Be treated as an integral member of the team - not just support
  • Genuine autonomy and ownership of interesting, often complex property deals
  • Attractive further education program and supportive learning and development throughout your career
  • Mentoring, sponsorship, coaching and leadership support
  • Dedicated diversity and inclusion program
  • Holistic health and wellbeing program, including subsidised gym membership and active social and sporting committees
  • In-house barista and end-of-trip facilities
