They're now on the hunt for a switched-on Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to join their front line and keep things running smoothly.

The Role
Reporting into a supportive team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across a wide product range — balancing service, sales support and accurate order management.

Day to day, you'll:
  • Deliver an exceptional service experience to both internal and external customers
  • Handle inbound calls and emails promptly, professionally and with a smile
  • Process orders, credits, returns and pricing enquiries with pinpoint accuracy
  • Assist customers with service requests, order management and scheduling deliveries/installations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep communication clear and seamless
  • Support the sales reps and act as a true front-line ambassador for the brand
  • Keep product knowledge sharp and displays, work areas and reception looking their best
  • Champion a safe workplace by following all WH&S procedures
About You
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail — you work accurately and safely, even under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident across computer systems and software
  • Self-motivated, organised and great at juggling competing priorities
  • A natural team player who's equally comfortable working independently
  • Flexibility to step in and support the wider team during busy or leave periods
