They're now on the hunt for a switched-on Billing Specialist to join their national Client Accounting team. The Role
Joining a friendly and supportive national team, you'll support the Client Accounting function by assisting secretaries across multiple practice areas with the monthly billing process using Elite 3E. Day to day, you'll:
- Manage end-to-end monthly billing processes using Elite 3E
- Partner with and provide guidance to secretaries and professionals across the firm
- Provide training and support to others with confidence
- Follow processes with discipline to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prioritise a busy workload to consistently meet deadlines
- Deliver a high-quality, supportive experience to internal stakeholders
- Billing experience within a corporate environment
- Experience with financial billing systems (Elite 3E ideal, but not essential)
- Legal industry experience preferred, but not essential
- High-level computer skills and strong organisational ability
- Proactive, highly organised and disciplined in following processes
- A genuine passion for supporting others, with a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Strong work ethic, able to work autonomously and thrive within remote teams
