In this varied and busy role, you will provide high-level support to senior Partners and fee earners, including:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and client events
- Drafting, amending, and formatting corporate documents and agreements
- Managing end-to-end billing processes
- Matter opening, conflict checks, and file management
- Preparing closing binders and transaction documents
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- General practice and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a law firm, ideally 3+ years.
- Exposure to Corporate, Commercial or M&A practice groups preferred but not essential
- Strong billing and document management skills using systems like Aderant, Elite 3e, iManage
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence supporting senior stakeholders
