Your day to day responsibilities will be
- Opening and managing new files
- Preparing documents and correspondence, including court documentation
- Filing court documents and maintaining accurate records
- Diary and calendar management
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- General administrative and team support as required
- Previous Legal Assistant or administrative experience within professional services or a legal environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using document production software is highly regarded
