If you’re someone with Financial industry experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle tight deadlines with ease, this role could be for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Handle confidential admin tasks and resolve routine inquiries.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with meeting and event planning, including logistics and materials.
- Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, and take minutes.
- Support special projects across teams.
- Prepare reports and process expenses.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties.
About You:- 3+ years' experience in Financial Services or a similarly dynamic industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise high-volume workloads.
- A warm, approachable personality, thriving in team environments and building strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proactive, with the confidence to speak up when needed.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in Concur being an advantage.
