MJD Recruitment is partnering with a leading Investment Firm to find a dynamic Executive Assistant for a temporary role. If you're someone who can hit the ground running and support a senior executive, this role is perfect for you!

Your day-to-day:
  • Extensive diary management
  • Client management and liaison, handling client queries with tact and professionalism
  • Assisting with complex reports, presentations, engagement letters, and general correspondence
  • Managing inboxes, monitoring and taking action as needed
  • Organising domestic and international travel
  • General secretarial support
  • Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
About you:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask across projects of various sizes and complexity
  • Maturity, warmth, professionalism, and a strong team orientation
