Are you a…
A experienced Senior Legal Assistant with exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach? You will have experience supporting lawyers in employment law, workplace investigations, or related areas, and be confident managing complex administrative and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Who will they be supporting?
You will provide senior-level support to a team of lawyers specialising in Employment & Investigations, ensuring matters are managed efficiently and accurately, and supporting the smooth operation of the team.

Our day-to-day responsibilities will be
As Senior Legal Assistant, you will manage diaries and inboxes, oversee billing, time recording, expense management and reporting, and prepare and file correspondence and investigation documents. You will conduct regulatory and corporate searches, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and manage matters from opening to closing, including archiving and electronic/physical filing. Additionally, you will coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements, and provide guidance to junior team members as required.

Do you have the following skillset?
• Extensive experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably supporting Employment or Investigations teams
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Advanced knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with CMS/finance software (e.g., Aderant) and document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments)
• Experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior staff advantageous
