The Opportunity

In this Senior Associate role, you will take ownership of a sophisticated and varied portfolio of Family Law matters, including:
  • Complex parenting disputes, property settlements, and high-value asset structures
  • HNWI matters involving trusts, businesses, multi-jurisdictional elements and nuanced financial arrangements
  • Drafting and advising on BFAs and Donor/Sperm Donor Agreements
  • Exposure to same-sex parenting, surrogacy, and adoption matters (experience ideal but not essential)
  • Working closely with leading practitioners whilst mentoring juniors and shaping client strategy
What You Bring

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • 4+ years PAE in Family Law, including experience with complex matters
  • Strong drafting ability in Binding Financial Agreements (BFAs) and a confident technical understanding of donor arrangements
  • A steady hand with highly sensitive or involved parenting matters
  • A commercial, pragmatic approach and ability to build high-trust relationships with sophisticated clients
  • Ambition to shape a long-term career with genuine future Partnership potential
