Our client, a well-regarded boutique Property and Family Law firm in North Sydney, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with legal industry experience to join their fun, personable, and supportive team.
This full-time position requires a candidate with a background in the legal industry and a basic understanding of legal terminology. This position will manage reception duties, greet clients, answer and direct phone calls, and support the team with various administrative tasks, including legal and general administration as well as overflow work.
With the firm preparing for a merger and a move to a new office, they are looking for someone with great energy who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to change with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception, greeting clients, and handling incoming calls
- Providing administrative support across the firm, including legal admin tasks
- Assisting with general office administration and overflow work
About You
- Experience in the legal industry, with a basic understanding of legal terminology
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week)
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
