The Firm
A leading accounting firm are seeking a Junior PA to join their beautiful offices here in Sydney. Holding up to 6+ locations across Australia, this is an incredible opportunity for a driven individual seeking a career in corporate admin, wanting that true mentorship and guidance from the ground up.
  
Joining a diverse and varied team, consisting of Partners, Consultants, Specialists and other PAs – this group work collaboratively and in a cohesion to ensure the best possible outcome is given to both clients and their peers. The firm provide exceptional service within a multitude of areas such as Wealth and Finance, Accounting & Tax, Audit, Legal, Insurance and much more – this role will keep you learning and growing continuously!

The Role
You will be primarily supporting 1 Senior Executive, this role will see you undertaking multiple duties to include:
  • Travel arrangements
  • Processing of expenses
  • Preparing and management of bills
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Formatting documentation
  • Assisting with branding presentations and reporting
  • Client record keeping
  • As well as standard administrative tasks such as filing, scanning etc
