Are you a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional? Our client in the property & construction industry is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager & Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director and wider, dynamic team.

In this role, you'll play an integral part in supporting a Managing Director while providing ad hoc administrative, executive assistance, and Personal Assistant duties to the team.
Tasks include:
- Managing the MD's calendar and appointments
- Serving as a point of contact for key clients and associates
- Coordinating meetings for the MD and project team
- Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries
- Creating, modifying, and proofreading documents
- Managing office supplies and organisation
- Coordinating corporate events and supporting resourcing efforts
- Assisting with marketing collateral and social media updates
- Supporting tender preparation and submission documentation
- Handling accounts-related tasks and supporting internal accounts
- Providing Personal Assistant support to the Managing Director, including personal appointments and arrangements
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
