Offering and exciting work environment this company attracts the movers and shakers of the security world! They are looking for a self-motivated Monitoring Room Officer who can act as an integral member of their business supporting their clients and team.
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced customer-service oriented individual to join the team. The role will be based in Kings Park and the busienss has flexiblity to provide shifts that suit you, between 2pm - 4am, working minimum 24 hours per week.
This would be a great opportunity for a working parent or someone who has other life commitments.
Key duties in the role
- Monitor alarms systems across multiple sites
- Liaise with the field operations team to effectively coordinate response to incidents and operational requirements
- Monitoring and tracking of threats and alerting stakeholders to unfolding situations
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Ensure compliance and service levels are achieved
- Previous Customer Service experience and computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work assigned shifts between the hours of 2pm - 4am. We have flexiblity around having set days that work best for you
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone manners and overall customer service
