MJD Recruitment are excited to be partnering with an Australian, family owned and operated boutique Security and Intelligence business that really is at the forefront of its game! 

Offering and exciting work environment this company attracts the movers and shakers of the security world! They are looking for a self-motivated Monitoring Room Officer who can act as an integral member of their business supporting their clients and team.

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced customer-service oriented individual to join the team.  The role will be based in Kings Park and the busienss has flexiblity to provide shifts that suit you, between 2pm - 4am, working minimum 24 hours per week. 

This would be a great opportunity for a working parent or someone who has other life commitments.  

Key duties in the role

  • Monitor alarms systems across multiple sites
  • Liaise with the field operations team to effectively coordinate response to incidents and operational requirements
  • Monitoring and tracking of threats and alerting stakeholders to unfolding situations 
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Ensure compliance and service levels are achieved
What we're looking for:
  • Previous Customer Service experience and computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to work assigned shifts between the hours of 2pm - 4am.  We have flexiblity around having set days that work best for you
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent phone manners and overall customer service
