This opportunity would suit a polished, detail-driven legal secretary who enjoys supporting multiple fee earners in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
You will be joining a well-established Employment practice within a broader Dispute Resolution group, known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships and complex matters.
Who will they be supporting? You will provide end-to-end secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Associates within the Employment team, working closely with colleagues across Dispute Resolution and Insolvency.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Managing high-volume monthly billing, financial reporting and client-specific invoice requirements
- Drafting, editing and formatting legal correspondence, court documents and presentations
- Diary management, travel coordination and meeting organisation
- Matter intake, conflict searches and file management
- Time entry, expense reconciliation and narrative preparation
- Acting as a key client contact and supporting business development activities
- Assisting with client events, functions and internal projects
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services secretarial role
- Confidence supporting multiple fee earners in a busy practice
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organisation and client service skills
- SAP experience advantageous but not essential
- Legal or business qualification desirable
