She began her career in the UK as a paralegal and went on to train and qualify as a Solicitor, working across both national and boutique firms in Manchester and London. Her legal practice covered a broad range of areas including Business Crime and Regulatory Law, Clinical Negligence, Family Law, and Private Clients, before specialising in Private Wealth and Tax.
With eight years of experience in the legal profession, Annabel has a deep understanding of how law firms function both practically and culturally. She is familiar with the day-to-day operations, including billing structures, case management systems, and the various roles within a firm, as well as the internal dynamics, expectations, and workplace culture that shape the legal environment. We are working with a highly respected
global law firm known for its supportive culture, approachable leadership and commitment to developing its people. Their Perth office is seeking an experienced, proactive Legal Personal Assistant to support four lawyers including one Partner.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.
Your day-to-day will include:- Managing emails, diaries, travel and expenses
- Preparing documents, correspondence and presentations
- Coordinating matter administration and compliance requirements
- Supporting client engagement, events and general team activity
- Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
