The role:
This prestigious firm is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join their high-performing Project and Construction team. In this role you will be supporting a partner and team. 

Your typical day to day in the role will include the following duties;
  • Managing a busy schedule and diary
  • File management
  • Diary Management
  • Billing
  • Drafting, editing and proofreading documents and emails
  • Travel arrangements & coordination of exciting events & activities!
  • Other adhoc duties as required  
To be the perfect fit for this role, you will need:
  •  2+ years of previous experience in a Legal assistant/support role.
  • Previous experience in Corporate or Litigation Law will put you ahead of the rest, bringing this expertise or systems to an already high-performing, busy team!
  • A strong understanding and high level of exemplary client services, paired with the accuracy and attention to detail required in this area of work will see you having a successful and booming career within this firm.
  • A passion for being part of a collaborative, fun and flexible team, you will enjoy being the go-to person – ready to help your fellow peers with any projects thrown your way.
