Your Role
Step into a dynamic position where variety and responsibility come together. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of a high-performing team, handling:
- Client interactions (phone, email, and face-to-face)
- Preparing and managing legal documents
- Scheduling and diary management for Partners
- Maintaining and managing legal matters and files
- Coordinating billing and financial records
Your expertise and drive will set you apart. We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a legal admin role, ideally within Wills & Estates or Litigation
- Familiarity with legal software (iManage and Aderant experience is a bonus!)
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with high-net-worth clients
- A meticulous, solutions-oriented approach to your work
