Our client are a highly reputable and growing organisation who operate within the Healthcare industry. They are committed to providing the highest level of service to their customers and clients and are looking for a new Head of P&C to help drive the business goals and ambitions forward.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior position and forms part of the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will have full ownership of the P&C function and will take responsibility for the delivery of the business' strategic people plans, alongside ensuring excellent day to day people services for the business and driving compliance and governance in all areas.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Head of HR / HR Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy aligning with our clients cultural and business objectives, pushing the company forward to being a number 1 in their field. To excel in this position, we are searching for a confident, dynamic, and business-savvy People and Culture/Human Resources leader who thrives in an empowering setting that prioritises its people.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will help empower a very capable leadership team, providing them with the tools and guidance essential for achieving both people and commercial objectives. As a driving force behind success, you will fortify the organisation's capabilities and effectiveness across the business.

Given the critical nature of this role, we require candidates with experience as a Senior HR professional, ideally at Head of level, along with a proven track record of partnering with an executive team to attain both business and cultural objectives.
