This opportunity is highly suited to a self-driven individual who enjoys a role with great diversity and opportunities for growth. Our ideal candidate is an Executive Assistant who is capable and open to assisting across varied management styles and needs.
  
Your responsibilities will be diverse and ever-changing but will generally include:
  • Meticulous diary, email, and calendar management, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Engaging with high-level clients and nurturing relationships, liaising on behalf of your executive both internally and externally
  • Managing travel arrangements and itineraries, both domestic and international
  • Handling various administrative tasks, generating documents, and overseeing the administration team
  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Managing the CRM
  • Participating in team and board meetings
  • Organising events and conferences, both internal and external
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality in all dealings
  • Assisting with or managing special projects, including coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
Your exceptional qualifications include:
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior or C-level executives, preferably in a large or publicly traded (ASX) company 
  • Strong people management skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management, encompassing planning, implementation, and execution
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask on projects of varying sizes and complexities
  • Well-honed time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • A combination of maturity, warmth, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Approachable nature and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
