Our client, an Australian Private Equity Firm is seeking an excellent Executive Assistant, who is innovative and projects positive energy. You will be working to provide all administrative support to the executive team. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone calls and incoming emails/correspondence, redirecting questions and issues where appropriate.
  • Manage diary, including scheduling meetings, prioritising conflicting needs and ensuring time is appropriately available for critical meetings and issues.
  • Work closely with the direct reports of the GM’s.
  • Ensure the GMS have relevant and appropriate documentation in advance of meetings and events.
  • Review and edit reports, presentations etc. as required.
  • Plan and organise team meetings, events and communications.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans and itineraries.
  • Manage ad hoc requests and/or projects
  • Reporting and expense management.
  • Pro-actively establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Executive Team.
About You:
With a strong background as an Executive Assistant, ideally in Financial, you will have a very high attention to detail, be able to deliver to tight deadlines and be a great team player.  You will need to be tech-savvy, as the role will require you to adapt quickly to new systems and technology.
