Here at MJD Recruitment we are thrilled to be spearheading the search for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to join a hugely successful, rapidly growing Financial Consultancy firm located right in the heart of Sydney's CBD. 

This pivotal role, directly supporting the Founding Partner, demands a constant forward-thinking approach. In this high-energy position, you'll need to effortlessly manage a demanding workload and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure. We're seeking a candidate with an outgoing yet resolute personality, capable of adeptly prioritising the company's needs while seamlessly juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and travel (domestic/international).
  • Liaise with clients, ensuring professional and tactful communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Keep the Founding Director and team on track, and be able to lend a helping hand around the office when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7–10 years' experience supporting C-suite in financial services, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player!
