This pivotal role, directly supporting the CEO
, demands a constant forward-thinking approach. In this high-energy position, you'll need to effortlessly manage a demanding workload and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure. We're seeking a candidate with an outgoing yet resolute personality, capable of adeptly prioritising the company's needs while seamlessly juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and travel (domestic/international).
- Liaise with clients, ensuring professional and tactful communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Keep the CEO and team on track, working closely with other EA's in the business and be able to lend a helping hand around the office when needed.
What We’re Looking For:- 7–10 years' experience supporting C-suite, ideally in a Professional or Financial services environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
