Here at MJD Executive we are excited to be working on this unique Executive Assistant position. Supporting the Founder, this is a busy role that requires you to be two steps ahead at all times.  You need to be able to manage a heavy work load and have a cool head at times of pressure. 

This diverse and dynamic role is a mix of everything and anything the office needs day-to-day and to you are the person that just gets things done.  The team will rely heavily on you to keep the office and the day to day duties in order. You will need to have a outgoing yet firm personality, ability to prioritise the needs of the business and to multitask multiple jobs and deadlines.

Your day to day duties will include, but not be limited to - 
  • Extensive diary management 
  • Client management & Liaison, ensuring the smooth and tactful handling of client queries 
  • Assist with complex reports, presentations, engagement letters and general correspondence
  • Management of inbox, monitoring daily and taking action as required 
  • Travel organisation, both domestic and international
  • General secretarial support
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and engage with them on a professional level
Skills & Experience:
  • Ideally we are looking for a candidate with C-Suite experience as an Executive Assistant in professional or financial services 
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly competent computer skills
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Pro-active, goal oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to multitask on projects/initiatives of various size and complexity
  • A firm style to help a busy team of consultants on track
