MJD Recruitment are thrilled to partner with a prestigious International Consultancy Firm to find their next Executive Assistant. Supporting two Senior Executives, this role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.

Key Duties:
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Project management support: Assist with client engagements, scheduling, business communications, and coordinating workshops
  • Travel management
  • Reconcile credit card and manage expenses with SAP Concur
  • Documentation and administrative support
About You:
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with a strong background in professional services. You have exceptional people skills, a natural ability to network, and can easily build relationships with senior stakeholders. You are professional, intelligent, and able to think on your feet, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Experience with senior leaders and other EAs: You’ve supported senior corporate professionals in fast-paced environments and worked closely with other EAs.
  • Proactive and adaptable: You’re able to work independently, think ahead, and quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills: You understand the importance of responsiveness, speed, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with complexity: Experience managing complex calendars and expense systems is essential.
  • Flexible working style: You can balance remote and office-based work, adapting to different working styles.
