MJD Recruitment is delighted to partner with a well-established boutique law firm in North Sydney to find a full-time Property Paralegal. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of conveyancing matters from start to finish while working in a supportive, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish
• Prepare and review contracts, documentation, and settlements
• Conduct title searches and liaise with clients, agents, and stakeholders
• Handle electronic conveyancing via PEXA, EDR, E-duties, and LRS processes
• Use practice management software (experience with Evolve is a plus)

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property or conveyancing support
• Strong knowledge of general conveyancing procedures
• Proficient in PEXA and other electronic settlement platforms
• Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Professional, collaborative, and client-focused
