Avril’s role as a Talent Coordinator at MJD Recruitment sees her responsible for the attraction, retention and deep understanding of high calibre legal support candidates for our clients within the legal sector. Having worked in recruitment since 2021, Avril has developed strong assessment and influential capabilities, building exceptionally effective relationships with her candidates from initial interactions. Having completed a Bachelor of Business Honours and a Diploma in HR, Avril enjoys combing her technical commercial learnings with her practical experience and unearthing possibilities for her stakeholders. With experience in human resources support as well as recruitment Avril is a passionate people person with care for individuals beyond an immediate recruitment process.
